These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoSchedulePost — our website, dashboard, and Chrome extension. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
AutoSchedulePost lets you connect WordPress sites, generate content with AI, and schedule posts automatically. Some AI features require you to supply your own API key for a supported provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter); others use credits included in your plan.
Free posts & subscriptions
New accounts receive a limited number of free posts so you can evaluate the service before subscribing to a paid plan. By using these free posts, you agree that you have had the opportunity to test the quality and behaviour of the service prior to any purchase.
No refunds
Because every account gets free posts to try the service before paying, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Please use your free posts to confirm the service fits your needs before subscribing.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of any content published through your connected WordPress sites.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, WordPress application passwords, and AI provider API keys secure.
- You must not use the service to generate or publish unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
- You must not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
AI-generated content
Content generated through AutoSchedulePost is produced by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published to your live site.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment gateway (Razorpay or Stripe). Prices, plan features, and limits are as shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase and may change for future billing cycles.
Account suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent payment activity. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoSchedulePost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including content published to your own sites.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
